Since Renaee's menstrual/personal hygiene & skincare products are intimate, we cannot accept returns after delivery. However, if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and provide details and supporting image(s)/video(s). We review all such cases individually and will conduct a thorough examination upon receipt of your complaint. We will notify you within a reasonable time frame.

Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel an order as long as it has not been handed over to our delivery partner. This applies to all orders, including those automatically placed under the Subscription box or Make Your Own Box(MYB). While orders typically take about a day to be dispatched, we recommend requesting order cancellation within 30 minutes of order confirmation. If you cancel a prepaid order, a refund of the order amount will be initiated within 24-48 hours. Please note that it may take an additional 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your source account.
